Returns the state history of a pay run.

Parameters

The Id of the Employer
string
The Pay Period (i.e, Monthly, Weekly) for which you want to get the Pay Run history
integer
The Period (i.e, Tax Month, Tax Week) for which you want to get the Pay Run history
string
The Tax Year for which you want to get the Pay Run history
integer
Indicates whether it uses first, second, third (etc.) PaySchedule for the PayPeriod (optional)
