Our minimum wage feature makes it easy to ensure you don't miss an increase to the minimum wage amount, either due to an annual increase or the employee changing status or age.
When setting the payment amount you can choose to pay an hourly rate and then tick the checkbox that appears to pay the minimum wage.
If you tick this box then you can not set an hourly rate. Instead we'll check the employees age at the start of each pay run and set the hourly rate accordingly.
We also track the change in minimum wage every tax year and will automatically increase the rate paid.
